"Game to save muscles caught on the ceiling of the gymnasium" is a new kind of shooting game where you have to hit a man caught on the ceiling of the gymnasium with a ball to rescue him.
As you know, many machos are caught on the beams near the ceiling of the gymnasium. I don't know why these half-naked machos are trapped in the gymnasium ceiling. Players hit them with a special macho rescue ball in the shape of a volleyball, shock them and drop them off the ceiling.

- "Challenge mode" is a time attack mode that measures how quickly you can rescue 10 machos within the time limit.
